Trouble at eBay.  Indicators of more to come.

Internet auctioneer eBay Inc. (EBAY) on Thursday said it had cut less than 1% of its global workforce as part of an internal reorganization designed to make the company’s services easier to use.

The 125 job cuts in the U.S, Belgium, Spain and Austria were part of an effort to centralize some customer support, finance and legal functions and were not aimed at cutting costs, said eBay spokesman Jose Mallabo. Despite the job cuts, eBay said it was still working to increase its workforce of 15,500 employees. (CNN)
